How has your week been? My week has been quite relaxing and I celebrated my 22nd birthday yesterday!! 
Today's tutorial is special because this is the very first time I tried coloured contacts! These ones are the style Queen Grey and are from ttdeye lenses! You can use the code 'theveiledartist' to get a full 10% off your order!! Anyways, let's get started with the tutorial on how to create gorgeous, super cool toned, blue smokey eyes!

Cool Toned Blue Shimmery Smokey Eyes Tutorial(Beginner friendly): The Veiled Artist

Here's what you'll need:

1. Matte peach or warm brown shadow
2. Matte teal eyeshadow
3. Deep shimmery blue eyeshadow
4. Shimmery gold eyeshadow
5. Mascara
6. Eyeliner
7. Falsies

Step 1
Blend the matte peach eyeshadow into your crease and a little above it. This is the only warm eyeshadow in this look so if you came here for a cool toned look, stay tuned and don't leave haha.

Step 2
Next, blend the matte teal eyeshadow all over your mobile eyelids and also into the matte peach we previously applied.

Step 3
Now apply the deep shimmery blue eyeshadow along your upper lashline as shown below.

Then, blend this blue eyeshadow upwards, into the matte teal eyeshadow.

Step 5
Pop in a rose gold or gold eyeshadow into the inner corners of your eyes.

Step 6
Using a pencil brush, blend the same deep shimmery blue shade we used in step 3 all along your lower lashline. Next, pick up the same peach eyeshadow you used in your crease and run it along the lower edges of this blue to blend out any harsh lines.

Step 7
Apply your winged liner and mascara. If you have a blue eyeliner that you love, line your lower waterline with it or you can even use some matte eyeshadow on a damp brush to line your lower waterline. I just feel like having bare skin showing in the center doesn't look as good and the blue in the waterline finishes the look off nicely!
