Dramatic Royal Blue Smokey Eyes Tutorial(Holiday Makeup Part 2)
6:17 AMHey my loves!
How has your day been? It has been quite cold and rainy in Sri Lanka as there is a storm passing through the country and since I love the sun so much, I find it quite hard to be productive when it's dull outside but! Nevertheless! I am here today, with a tutorial on this rich, stunning, shimmery royal blue smokey eyes that is perfect for you to rock this holiday season! Or anytime you want really haha! So let's get started!

Blend the matte warm brown shadow into your crease and a little above it.
smokey eyes tutorial for beginners |
Apply and blend a black eyeshadow primer all over your mobile eyelids so the shadows we apply next will appear richer in pigment and this step will also give your shadow some depth. You can even use a creamy black pencil for this step, just make sure to use a light layer and blend it out and don't bother trying to make it look perfect.
step by step eyeshadow tutorial |
Pat the gorgeous royal blue eyeshadow all over your eyelids and blend the top edges in the crease, out into the matte brown we first applied.
easy dramatic holiday makeup |
Blend in a matte/shimmery black eyeshadow into the outer half of your eyelids in a C shape and also blend it slightly into the blue we previously applied. Finally, go in with a bit of the same matte warm brown eyeshadow and blend the crease again to make sure everything looks seamless.
easy holiday makeup |
Pick up some of the shimmery blue shadow on a pencil brush or a small blending brush and blend it all along your lower lashline, joining it with the black shadow on the outer corners.
Christmas makeup ideas |
Apply a black pencil liner heavily on your lower waterline and blend it into the blue we previously applied.
