Hey my beauties,
How has your day been so far? Today I have a review on the bh cosmetics warm stone palette from their marble collection! I've been putting this palette to use for about a week and half now ever since I got it so let's get started with the review!

What Bh Cosmetics Claims..
Create your own etched-in-stone style with our Marble Collection Warm Stone -- 12 Color Eyeshadow Palette, a collection of highly pigmented neutral mattes and shimmers. Shades range from frosty ivory, pink and peach to rich taupe, tan and bronze, allowing you to achieve daytime glam as well as nighttime drama.

Price, Packaging and Quantity..
You get 18g of product and since there's 12 shades, you get 1.5g of product in each eyeshadow. And I think that's a great amount of product for an eyeshadow palette. The palette costs just $11.99(1800LKR) on the bh cosmetics site but I purchased it locally for 2400LKR($15.7) while it was on discount. I absolutely LOVE the packaging of this! It's plastic but the marble pattern paired with gold bh logo is so pretty.

I feel like you should be a bit careful with taking this while travelling because the lid is quite easy to open. There is also a MASSIVE great quality mirror included. The mirror is as big as the palette and trust me when I tell you it's great quality because I am able to see blemishes I didn't even know existed haha.

My thoughts..
I purchased the bh cosmetics warm stone palette and the shaaanxo palette which is also from bh cosmetics when they were on sale. And they both cost me 15-$16 each. I kind of regret buying this palette but that is simply because the shaaanxo palette has literally 7 or 8 of the same shades in it! But I'll  do a separate post comparing the two in a few weeks because I have still not dipped my fingers into the shaaanxo palette.

Anyways getting onto my thoughts on the warm stone palette, it's a gorgeous palette you guys! All the shades are so wearable and pretty. I feel like if you have any darker than medium skintone, you need a primer to make the colours pop because most of the slightly lighter shades blend right into your skin.

That being said, here are the swatches of all the shades. They're all super pigmented, blend out really nicely and last quite a long time on me. The second shade in the first row is I feel is duo chrome because in some lighting it looks orange and in some it looks pink. It's super pretty! The darkest shade in the palette is a very cool toned dark brown and this is the only shade I feel applies a bit patchy and when you want to build the pigment, the pigment below moves around quite a bit. But all the other shades are beautiful.

Even though all the shades in the palette are really cohesive, I feel like looking at the swatches, the shades in every row can be used in conjunction for a really pretty eye look! I created this entire everyday smokey eyes look using the warm stone palette. You can check out my tutorial for it here. I used the entire second row for this look!
